Return policy
Baseballism offers a no questions asked return policy. We offer free returns for all US orders. Items may be returned regardless of date of purchase. We want you to love your Baseballism gear as much as we love making it!
International customers may return items for a refund or exchange, but they will be responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the original item(s) to Baseballism. Please contact [email protected] for international return/exchange instructions.
You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.
Once complete you will be emailed a prepaid return label to ship your items back to us.
Customers seeking exchanges will now be able to select the item(s) that they desire to receive in exchange directly from our website while they download their return label. The newly selected item(s) will be shipped via our standard shipping method as soon as the original item(s) are dropped off and the package is scanned at your local Post Office. We are unable to upgrade the shipping speed for exchange orders.
If you are attempting to return/exchange a gift or in-store purchase, please contact us directly at [email protected] .com for instructions. Any item(s) purchased from a third-party vendor (E.g. an MLB team store) may only be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. We are unable to issue refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors.
Refunds
If you are requesting a refund or store credit, the average processing time is up to two weeks from the item’s arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods such as sales, Christmas, and post-Christmas, this timeline may be extended. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the full cost the customer paid for the item(s), but we are unable to refund the cost of shipping for the original order.
Items may be exchanged or refunded for store credit regardless of the original date of purchase. Items from orders less than 6 months old may also be refunded to the original form of payment. Items from orders older than 6 months may only be refunded for store credit or exchanged for items of a similar value. The return must be received and processed by our warehouse team within that 6 month window in order for a refund to be issued. Refunds cannot be issued to credit cards other than those used to make the original purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors.
